RESUMEN
El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar la importancia de la gerencia de la organización humana para la sostenibilidad
empresarial. Metodológicamente la investigación fue documental bajo el paradigma cu alitativo, utilizando la observación como técnica
para recolectar los datos, realizándose una revisión bibliográfica en cinco áreas centrales las cual es guardan relación con gerencia,
organización, liderazgo y sostenibilidad empresarial. Se seleccionó el método cualitativo, pues permite, recopilar información sobre el
tema investigado, para generar nuevos conocimientos. Entre los resultados se destaca la importancia de madurar arduam ente el
liderazgo en las organizaciones, pues determina su propio destino, conduciendo a la sostenibilidad para las nue vas generaciones, o
condenándolas a construir sus propios modelos pariendo desde el principio ya que sus anteceso res no pudieron mantener y hacer
perdurable los modelos organizacionales, de manera que la oportunidad se hace presente en la actualidad, cuando los viejos modelos
empiezan a agotarse, o sencillamente no están adaptados a los nuevos tiempos, no siendo escalables para las venideras generaciones
que de berán hacer hincapié en la investigación, desarrollo e innovación, los cuales son los tres pilares de la nueva modernidad,
caracterizada por la disrupción, así como una vorágine de eventos que demanda constante actualización organizacional y colocan al
ser humano no solo como su epicentro, sino como líder de sí mismo y de la organización a la cual pertenece. Lo anterior confiere
justificación acad émica y prácti ca a esta investigación, sembrando precedente en estudios similares para responder a coyunturas
sociales. Se concluye que una adecuada organización humana incide favorable o negativamente en la sostenibilidad empresarial, pues
el liderazgo es una habilidad primordial, principalm ente en tiempos disruptivos como los actuales, lo cual incide en otros procesos
inherentes.

Management of the human organization for business sustainability
ABSTRACT
The present study aimed to analyze the relevance of organizational human management for business sustainability. Meth odologically,
the research was documentary under the qualitative paradigm, employing observation as a technique for data collection and conducting
a bibliographic review across five central areas related to management, organization, leadership, and corporate sustainability. The
qualitative method was selected because it enables the collection of information on the subject investigated to generate new knowledge.
The results highlight the importance of strengthening leadership within organizations, as it determines their trajectory, either guiding
them toward sustainability for f uture generations or compelling them to rebuild organizational models from the beginn ing when
predecessors failed to sustain them. Thus, the current opportunity arises as traditional mod els become exhausted or prove inadequate
for contemporary demands, lacking scalability for upcoming generations. These generations must emphasize research, development,
and innovation, which constitute the three pillars of modernity characterized by disruption and a dynamic environment that requires
constant organizational updating. In this context, the human being is positioned not only as the epicenter but also as the leader of both
self and the organization to which they belong. This provides academic and practical justification for the study, establishing a precedent
for similar research addressing social challenges. It is concluded that adequate organizational human management has a positive or
negative impact on corporate sustainability, as leadership is a fundamental skill, particularly in disruptive times, influencing other inherent
organizational processes.
