the Plastic Industry in Zulia State

Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo caracterizar la Gestión Tec-
nológica de las Empresas del Sector Manufacturero del Plástico en el Estado Zu-
lia. La metodología utilizada fue de tipo descriptiva, el diseño no experimental
transeccional con una modalidad de campo. El tipo de instrumento fue un cues-
tionario estructurado y la técnica de observación directa. El cuestionario se les
aplicó a 22 gerentes pertenecientes a las empresas del sector del plástico en el Es-
tado Zulia. Los resultados demuestran que la gestión tecnológica de las empresas
estudiadas ha enfatizado más en los procesos de aprendizaje e innovación, y me-
nos en aquellos referidos a la adaptación y comercialización.
