Vista la solicitud formulada por la ciudadana G.G.A., venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de Identidad Nº. V-14.313.553, actuando en interés de su hijo,, mediant SE OMITEN DATOS DE CONFORMIDAD CON LO PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 DE LA LOPNNA la cual solicita del Tribunal sea declarado TITULO DE P.M. y se tenga a su hijo como Único y Universal Heredero del de cujus L.I.R.J., ex – titular de la Cédula de Identidad N°.V-15.544.676. Asimismo, evacuadas las documentales y las testimoniales promovidas, esta Jueza Segunda de Primera Instancia de Mediación y Sustanciación en funciones de Ejecución, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 517 de la Ley Orgánica para la Protección de Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes en concordancia con lo dispuesto en el Artículo 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, sin perjuicio de terceros que pudiesen tener igual o mejor derecho, declara las presentes actuaciones JUSTIFICATIVO DE P.M. a favor del niño SE OMITEN DATOS DE CONFORMIDAD CON LO PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 DE LA LOPNNA . Devuélvanse las presentes actuaciones en original con sus resultas y déjese copias certificadas de las mismas en el archivo del Tribunal. Asimismo, se ordena el cierre y archivo del presente asunto, así como su remisión a archivo judicial. CUMPLASE LO ORDENADO.
