EL JUZGADO SUPERIOR EN LO CIVIL Y CONTENCIOSO ADMINISTRATIVO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DE LA REGIÓN CENTRO NORTE

Vista la diligencia presentada el 23 de septiembre 2010 por las abogadas C.R.R., Inpreabogado Nº 54.551, con carácter de apoderada judicial de la ciudadana M.d.C.G. de Ávila, cédula de identidad V-3.601.877, en representación del ciudadano E.G.M., cédula de identidad V-45.839, parte querellante, y la abogada M.P.U.B., Inpreabogado Nº 142.174, con carácter de apoderada judicial de la FUNDACIÓN INSTITUTO CARABOBEÑO PARA LA SALUD (INSALUD), parte querellada, mediante la cual se efectúa la transacción realizada entre las partes y manifiestan la voluntad de dar por terminado el presente juicio, este Juzgador observa que la transacción no es contrario al orden público, a la moral, buenas costumbres ni disposición expresa de la ley que impida su homologación, en razón de lo cual este Juzgado impartiendo justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela por autoridad de la ley declara Homologada la transacción realizada por las partes.
