Vencido como se encuentra el lapso establecido en Sentencia N° 66 dictada por la Sala Electoral en fecha 23 de julio de 2013, mediante la cual se ordenó al C.N.E. a fin de que remita la información solicitada en el referido fallo y visto el escrito presentado en fecha 08 de octubre de 2013 por el abogado C.C.U., inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 90.583, actuando con el carácter de apoderado judicial del C.N.E., se designa ponente al Magistrado MALAQUÍAS GIL RODRÍGUEZ, a los fines del pronunciamiento correspondiente.
