Vista la solicitud de UNICOS Y UNIVERSALES HEREDEROS, presentada por el ciudadano I.A.H.F., venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad N° 1.484.742, de este domicilio, asistido por el abogado M.A. VALLES, inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 14.833, visto y examinado el justificativo de testigos evacuado por ante el Juzgado Tercero del Municipio Miranda de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Falcón.
Este TRIBUNAL TERCERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO
CIVIL, MERCANTIL, AGRARIO, Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO FALCON, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, sin perjuicio de igual o mejor derecho que corresponda a terceros DECLARA UNICO Y UNIVERSAL HEREDERO, a favor del ciudadano I.A.H.F., de la decujus M.M.F. Viuda de HERNANDEZ, quién falleció ab-intestato el día 28 de Enero del 2008, tal como consta del Acta de Defunción expedida por el Jefe de la Sección del Registro Civil del Municipio M.d.E.F..
La presente declaración se emite, sella y firma en la Sala de Despacho del Juzgado Tercero de Primera Instancia en lo Civil, Mercantil, Agrario y del Transito de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Falcón, a los Veintitrés (23) días del mes de Marzo del 2009. (Yumery).
