Este comentario se refiere a la la absolutamente ilegal e ilegítima “in-
habilitación política” de María Corina Machado para postularse como candidata
a las elecciones presidenciales, efectuadas mediante una “certificación de mera
relación” que no es ni siquiera un “acto administrativo” y en todo caso están
prohibidas en la ley Orgánica de la Administración Pública.

This article refers to the absolutely illegal and illegitimate “political
disqualification” of Maria Corina Machado to run as a candidate for the presiden-
tial elections, carried out by means of an “administrative certification” that is not
even an “administrative act” and in any case is prohibited in the Organic Law of
the Public Administration.
