Por diligencia presentada en fecha 4.5.10, la abogada Y. deJ.B.T., inscrita en el Instituto de Previsión Social del Abogado bajo el N° 99.306, actuando en su carácter de apoderada de la sociedad mercantil CONSORCIO U.P., C.A., y U.P.Z. solicitó prórroga del lapso de articulación probatoria, toda vez que, “hasta la presente fecha, no han sido recibidas por el Juzgado de Sustanciación de esa Sala las resultas de la prueba de inspección judicial promovida en el presente caso”; este Juzgado, antes de proveer acerca de lo solicitado, estima necesario oficiar al Juzgado de los Municipios San Cristóbal y Torbes de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Táchira, a los fines de que informe el estado en que se encuentra la comisión librada en fecha 3.2.10. Así se decide. Líbrese oficio, anexándole copias certificadas de la mencionada diligencia y del presente auto.
