Vista la diligencia presentada el 14 de junio 2010 por el ciudadano J.S.R.V., cédula de identidad V-12.311.110, asistido por el abogado J.E.M.R., Inpreabogado N° 106.298, parte presuntamente agraviada, mediante la cual desiste del procedimiento de amparo constitucional interpuesto contra Ghella Sogene, C. A., este Juzgador observa que el desistimiento no es contrario al orden público, a la moral, buenas costumbres ni disposición expresa de la ley que impida su homologación, en razón de lo cual este Juzgado impartiendo justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela por autoridad de la ley declara Homologado el desistimiento realizado por la parte presuntamente agraviada. Archívese el expediente.
