Tramitada como ha sido la presente solicitud de JUSTIFICATIVO DE TESTIGO, hecha por la ciudadana L.P.G., venezolana, mayor de edad, soltera, titular de la cédula de identidad N° V-12.089.781, asistida por el Abogado J.L.J., inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nº 65.694, así mismo vistas las declaraciones contestes rendidas por ante este Juzgado por los ciudadanos: A.O.R. Y J.E.M.C., venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las Cedulas de Identidad Nros. V-12.262.364 y V-13.960.225, respectivamente, testigos promovidos por el solicitante, el Tribunal de Conformidad con el articulo 936 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, acuerda devolver las presentes actuaciones originales con sus resultas a la parte interesada, dejando constancia en el Libro Diario y en de las Solicitudes.- Cúmplase lo ordenado.-
