La Fría, lunes quince de noviembre de dos mil diez.-

EXP. N° 2.939.-
IDENTIFICACIÓN DE LAS PARTES
Parte Demandante: L.Y.Q.D.R., venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V-14.808.897, residenciado en el Sector El Vero, en el primer obstáculo en la vía, subiendo a mano izquierda, cerca de un kiosco marrón, Municipio A.R.C.d.E.T., actuando en nombre y representación de su hijo XX (04).
Parte Demandada: J.E.R.V., venezolano, titular de la cedula de identidad N° V-13.171.854, quien puede ser ubicado en la empresa Frito Lay, ubicada en La Grita, Municipio Jáuregui del Estado Táchira, pues trabaja como conductor en dicha empresa.
Motivo de la causa: Solicitud de la Obligación de Manutención.
SENTENCIA: INTERLOCUTORIA.
DE LA DEMANDA
En fecha 10 de noviembre de 2010, los ciudadanos L.Y.Q.D.R. y J.E.R.V., realizaron un Convenimiento el cual dice textualmente lo siguiente: “…PRIMERO: El ciudadano J.E.R.V. propone entregar la cantidad de Bs. 800,oo mensuales, en cuatro cuotas semanales, cada una por Bs. 200,oo y la ciudadana L.Y.Q.D.R. firmará un recibo para cada semana en calidad de conformación. SEGUNDO: En cuanto al régimen de convivencia familiar, ambas partes acuerdan en que el ciudadano J.E.R.V., comparta con sus hijas el día domingo en horario comprendido de 10:00 a.m a 6:00 pm hora en la cual entregará las niñas a su progenitora. TERCERO: Ambas partes acuerdan en compartir los gastos extraordinarios en partes iguales 50% para cada uno. CUARTO: Ambas partes solicitan al Tribunal que se homologue el presente CONVENIMIENTO y se cumplan las demás disposiciones legales…”.
En consecuencia, vista la TRANSACCIÓN, celebrada entre las partes, este Juzgado Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, le imparte la HOMOLOGACIÓN, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 263 del Código de Procedimiento Civil. Expídase copia certificada de la presente SENTENCIA INTERLOCUTORIA para el archivo de este Tribunal.
