Resumen:CAPITULO V: DISPOSITIVO. Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este Juzgado Sexto Superior del Trabajo del Circuito Judicial del Trabajo de la Circunscripción Judicial del Área Metropolitana de Caracas, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, declara: PRIMERO: PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la apelación de la parte demandada contra la sentencia del Juzgado 8º de Primera Instancia de Juicio del Circuito Judicial del Trabajo de la Circunscripción Judicial del Área Metropolitana de Caracas, de fecha 05 de diciembre de 2014; SEGUNDO: PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la demanda interpuesta por L.R.R.P. contra el COLEGIO DE MÉDICOS DEL ESTADO MIRANDA, TERCERO: Los conceptos a cancelar, su fórmula de cálculo, períodos, salarios base, serán especificados en el cuerpo in extenso del fallo.
