Resumen:IX DECISION Por las razones precedentemente expuestas este Juzgado Superior Civil y Contencioso Administrativo de la Región Centro Occidental, con sede en Barquisimeto, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, decide: PRIMERO: SU COMPETENCIA para conocer y decidir el recurso de apelación interpuesto en fecha 29 de marzo de 2016, por el abogado W.G., actuando como apoderado judicial de los ciudadanos V.E.F.O., y otros; contra la sentencia definitiva dictada por el Juzgado Segundo de Primera Instancia en lo Civil, Mercantil y del tránsito de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Lara, en fecha 16 de marzo de 2016, por medio de la cual se declaró Inadmisible la presente demanda por Prescripción Adquisitiva. SEGUNDO: SIN LUGAR el recurso de apelación interpuesto. TERCERO: Se CONFIRMA la sentencia dictada por el Juzgado A Quo en fecha 16 de marzo de 2016, en los términos expuestos. Publíquese,.....
