Vistas las actas procesales que conforman la presente solicitud de SEPARACIÓN DE CUERPOS y de BIENES, presentada por los ciudadanos M.C.C.M. y J.C.O.O., venezolanos, mayores de edad, de este domicilio y titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nos. 15.914.091 y 12.880.963, respectivamente, debidamente asistidos por la abogada L.M.E.A., inscrita en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nº 80.790, así como los recaudos acompañados. El Tribunal instó a los cónyuges a la reconciliación y ésta no fue lograda, por lo que de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 189 del Código Civil y 762 del Código de Procedimiento Civil y Administrando Justicia en nombre de la República y por Autoridad de la Ley, DECRETA: la SEPARACIÓN DE CUERPOS y de BIENES de dichos cónyuges en los propios términos expuestos.-
