JUZGADO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS.

Vista la anterior solicitud de divorcio fundamentada en el artículo 185-A del Código Civil y los recaudos anexos a la misma suscrito por los ciudadanos A.R.M. y NURMERIA J.B.d.M., cónyuges, mayores de edad, de este domicilio y titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nº V-5.085.467 y V-6.120.362, respectivamente, asistidos por la abogada S.O.B.S., en su carácter de Defensora Delegada de la Defensoría Nacional de los Derechos de la Mujer (Inamujer), inscrita en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nº 98.422, el Tribunal LA ADMITE cuanto ha lugar en derecho, por no ser contraria al orden público, las buenas costumbres ó alguna disposición expresa en la ley. En consecuencia, se ordena citar al representante del Ministerio Público, quien deberá comparecer por ante este Juzgado dentro de los diez (10) días de despacho siguientes a la constancia en autos que de su citación se haga a los fines de que exponga lo que crea conducente con relación al presente juicio, ordenándose para ello librar la respectiva boleta y anexándosele copia certificada de la solicitud y del presente auto, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 111 y 112 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, previa consignación de los fotostatos respectivos los cuales deberán ser consignados mediante diligencia.-
