Partes:N.M., J.C.M. y A.J.P., miembros activos del Sindicato Unitario del Magisterio del estado Zulia (SUMA-ZULIA), interponen recurso contencioso electoral conjuntamente con solicitud de amparo cautelar contra la Junta Electoral Nacional de la Federación Unitaria del Magisterio de Venezuela (FETRAMAGISTERIO), en relación al proceso electoral para elegir al Comité Directivo Nacional de la Federación Unitaria del Magisterio de Venezuela (FETRAMAGISTERIO).
Decisión:Se acordó prorrogar el lapso para dictar sentencia en la presente causa por un plazo de quince (15) días de despacho siguientes al de hoy, por cuanto la complejidad y naturaleza del asunto bajo examen así lo exige, dentro del cual se procederá a dictar el fallo correspondiente.
