Visto el escrito presentado el 15 de julio 2010 por la abogada L.E.M.S., cédula de identidad V- 7174.916, Inpreabogado N° 35.128, con carácter de apoderado judicial de la FUNDACION INSTITUTO CARABOBEÑO PARA LA SALUD (INSALUD), parte querellada, y la abogada E.R.R., Inpreabogado N° 40.067, con carácter de apoderada judicial del ciudadano N.F.C., cédula de identidad V-8.822.076, parte querellante, mediante el cual se efectúa la transacción realizada entre las partes y manifiestan la voluntad de dar por terminado el presente juicio, este Juzgador observa que el desistimiento no es contrario al orden público, a la moral, buenas costumbres ni disposición expresa de la ley que impida su homologación, en razón de lo cual este Juzgado impartiendo justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela por autoridad de la ley declara Homologada la transacción realizada por las partes. Archívese el expediente.
