¿Qué autoriza esta Licencia?
La Licencia autoriza la realización de todas las transacciones y operaciones que estén destinadas a la prevención, diagnóstico o tratamiento del COVID-19 (incluida la investigación o estudios clínicos relacionados con COVID-19), que involucren a: (i) El Gobierno de Venezuela (párrafo “a” de la Licencia); y, (ii) al Banco Central de Venezuela (BCV), Banco de Venezuela, S.A. Banco Universal (Banco de Venezuela), Banco Bicentenario del Pueblo, de la Clase Obrera, Mujer y Comunas, Banco Universal C.A. (Banco Bicentenario del Pueblo), o cualquier entidad en la que el BCV, el Banco de Venezuela o el Banco Bicentenario del Pueblo sean propietarios, individualmente o en conjunto...
