JUZGADO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL AREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, Caracas, ______ de ____________ de 2008.-
Años: 198° y 149°.-
Por recibido y visto el anterior libelo de demanda suscrito por los ciudadanos Obdalys Emar M.M. y J.R.V.P., venezolanos, mayores de edad, de este domicilio, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros 10.465.911 y 12.511.375 respectivamente, debidamente asistidos por la abogada S.O.B.S., defensora delegada de la Defensoría Nacional de los Derechos de la Mujer (INAMUJER) inscrita en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nro 98.422, y los recaudos acompañados a la misma, el Tribunal admite cuanto ha lugar en derecho, por no ser contraria al orden público, a las buenas costumbres o alguna disposición expresa en la ley, todo de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 185-A, del Código Civil. En consecuencia, ordena citar al representante del Ministerio Público, quien deberá comparecer por ante este Juzgado dentro de los diez (10) días de despacho siguientes a la constancia en autos que de su citación se haga, a los fines de que exponga lo que crea conducente con relación a la presente solicitud, ordenándose para ello librar la respectiva boleta y anexándosele copias certificadas del libelo y del auto de admisión, previo suministro de los fotostátos correspondientes, los cuales deberán ser consignados mediante diligencia.
