AUTO DE EJECUCIÓN
Definitivamente firme como ha quedado la Sentencia dictada por el Tribunal Primero De control de esta Sección de Adolescentes del Circuito Judicial Penal del Estado Sucre Extensión Carúpano, en fecha 22-01-2010, mediante la cual se sancionó a "OMISIS"; por la comisión del delito de Aborto Provocado, previsto y sancionado en el articulo 430 del Código Penal Venezolano, en perjuicio de Infante No Nacido. al cumplimiento de la sanción de Amonestación, contemplada en el artículo 620 Literal “A” de la Ley Orgánica para la Protección de Niños Niñas y del Adolescente, en concordancia con el artículo 623 ejusdem; este Tribunal de Ejecución de la Sección Penal de Responsabilidad del Adolescente del Circuito Judicial Penal del Estado Sucre Extensión Carúpano, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, procede a la inmediata EJECUCIÓN de la presente Sentencia, de conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 646 y 647 de la Ley Orgánica para la Protección de Niños Niñas y Adolescentes, en los siguientes términos: PRIMERO: Este Tribunal observa que el adolescente fue objeto de detención preventiva desde el 04/03/09 hasta el 05/03/09 totalizando el lapso de un (01) día. SEGUNDO: Para el cumplimiento de la medida de Amonestación, el sancionado deberá ser impuesto de la respectiva recriminación verbal, motivo por el cual se fija audiencia de imposición para el día 16/03/10 a las 09:30 a.m. en el despacho de éste tribunal ubicado en la sede de este Circuito Judicial Penal del Estado Sucre. En consecuencia, notifíquese a las partes. Cúmplase.-
