Resumen:Con fuerza en lo precedentemente expuesto, este Tribunal Primero de Control de la Sección de Adolescentes del Circuito Judicial Penal del Estado Sucre, Extensión Carúpano, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, por Autoridad de la Ley, resuelve: PRIMERO: DECRETA EL SOBRESEIMIENTO DEFINITIVO en el presente asunto seguido a los Adolescentes OMISSIS; a quienes el Ministerio Público les aperturó averiguación signada con el Nº MP-467651-2013, por la presunta comisión de uno de los Delitos Contra las Buenas Costumbres y el Buen Orden de las Familias; en perjuicio del N.O.; con fundamento en lo dispuesto en el artículo 300 Numeral 2º del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal en relación con el artículo 561 Literal "D" de la Ley Orgánica para la Protección de Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes. SEGUNDO: DECRETA CONCLUIDO EL PROCEDIMIENTO seguido a los Adolescentes OMISSIS; a quienes el Ministerio Público les aperturó averiguación signada con el Nº MP-467651-2013.....
