Resumen:En mérito de lo expuesto, este Tribunal Primero de Control de la Sección de Adolescente del Circuito Judicial Penal del Estado Sucre, Extensión Carúpano, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la Republica Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, resuelve: PRIMERO: ADMITIR totalmente la Acusación fiscal presentada en fecha 28-06-2016, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 578, literal "A", en relación con el artículo 579, literal "B", ambos de la Ley Orgánica Para la Protección de Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes por la presunta comisión de los delitos de RIÑA TUMULTUARIA, tipificado en el artículo 425 del Código Penal Y ALTERACIÓN AL ORDEN PUBLICO, previsto en el articulo 215 del Código Penal en perjuicio de Y.E.U.V.
