Resumen:-VII- DISPOSITIVO En base a los razonamiento antes expuestos este JUZGADO TERCERO (3º) DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL DEL TRABAJO DEL AERA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la ley declara: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR la Acción Contenciosa de Nulidad interpuesta por la entidad de trabajo OPERADORA CYLAM, C.A., a través de sus apoderados judiciales, en contra de la P.A. signada con el N° 700-14, de fecha 01 de octubre de 2014, contenida en el expediente administrativo identificado con el N° 027-2013-01-02656, dictada por la Inspectoría del Trabajo M.E., la cual declaró sin lugar la certificación de cumplimiento a la representación de trabajo OPERADORA CYLAM, C.A. por el no acatamiento de la denuncia de RESTITUCIÓN DE LA SITUACIÓN JURÍDICA INFRINGIDA declarándose en Desacato, en el procedimiento incoado por el ciudadano L.C., titular de la cédula .....
