Se DECLARÓ: CON LUGAR la Demanda de divorcio opuesta por el ciudadano O.J.T., venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad N° V- 5.922.513, contra la ciudadana M.C.L.B., venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad N° V- 7.097.838 y en consecuencia Disuelto el Vinculo Matrimonial, contraído entre los mencionados ciudadanos, cuya Acta se encuentra inserta por ante el Registro Civil de la Alcaldía del Municipio San J.d.E.C., en fecha 14 de Febrero de 1980, anotado bajo el Nº 13, folio 13 del libro de Registro de matrimonios.
