Recibida por ante la Unidad de Recepción y Distribución de Documentos (URDD) la presente solicitud de Separación de Cuerpos, presentada por los ciudadanos P.J.G.T. y L.L.B., ambos de nacionalidad venezolana, mayores de edad, de este domicilio, y titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nos. V-9.484.042 y V-15.566.139 respectivamente, debidamente asistidos por la ciudadana S.O.B.S., abogada adscrita a la Defensoría Delegada de la Defensoría de los Derechos de la Mujer del Instituto Nacional de la Mujer e inscrita en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 98.422; esta Juez Unipersonal N° 12, la ADMITE cuanto ha lugar en derecho, por no ser contraria al orden público, a las buenas costumbres o alguna disposición expresa de la Ley. En consecuencia, DECRETA dicha SEPARACIÓN DE CUERPOS, en los mismos términos, fines y condiciones por ellos convenidos, de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 189 y 190 del Código Civil, en concordancia con el Parágrafo Primero del artículo 762 del Código de Procedimiento Civil. Expídanse por Secretaría las copias certificadas que requieran las partes. La Secretaria suscribirá las mismas en todas y cada una de sus partes, todo de conformidad a lo establecido en el artículo 111 del Código de Procedimiento Civil. Cúmplase lo ordenado.
