de interés público nacional por parte del Gobierno nacional es últimamente una
práctica reiterada. Esta po sición se ha sustentado en la inconstitucional Ley de
Antibloqueo aprobada por la írrita Asamblea Nacional Constituyente (ANC) en
2020. Este instrumento establece un “marco normativo especial y temporal” que
facilite al gobierno de Nicolá s Maduro “contrarrestar, mitigar y reducir, de mane-
ra efectiva, urgente y necesaria” las sanciones dictadas por varios países contra el

tional public interest by the national government has been a recurring practice re-
cently. This position ha s been supported by the unconstitutional Anti-Blockade Law
approved by the unlawful National Constituent Assembly (ANC) in 2020. This in-
strument establishes a "spe cial and temporary regulatory framework" that makes it
easier for the government of Nicolás Maduro to "e ffectively, urgently and neces-
