Visto los señalamientos expuestos por la defensa del imputado P.J.S.C., ampliamente identificado en autos, quien requiere un Examen y Revisión de Medida Judicial de Privación Preventiva de Libertad, de conformidad con el artículo 264 del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal; por cuanto el prenombrado imputado se encuentra limitado a continuar con sus estudios Universitarios, aunado a que el Ministerio Público a desvirtuado el Reconocimiento en Rueda de imputados, es por lo este Juzgador, en atención al Derecho Constitucional a la Educación y al libre desempeño de su personalidad, consagrados en los articulo 87, 102 y 103 de la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, declara con lugar lo peticionado, imponiéndose el régimen de presentación cada ocho (08) días por ante la U.R.D.D. de este Circuito Judicial Penal. Así se decide. Se ordena oficiar lo conducente al Centro Penitenciario de Región Centro Occidental. Regístrese. Publíquese. Ofíciese. Notifíquese.
