JUZGADO OCTAVO DE MUNICIPIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL AREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS
Caracas, 30 de abril de 2009.-

Vista la anterior solicitud, así como las disposiciones de los testigos presentados por la parte interesada, este Tribunal sin perjuicio de los derechos que pudieran tener terceras personas de igual o mejor derecho de los que aduce la solicitante, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, Declara: TITULO SUPLETORIO DE PROPIEDAD a favor del ciudadano, P.M.R.R., venezolano, mayor de edad, de este domicilio y titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V- 5.472.618, sobre las bienhechurías a que se contrae la presente solicitud. Asimismo, se ordena expedir dos (2) juegos de copias certificadas de todas las actuaciones que conforman la presente solicitud, así como del presente auto y entréguense al solicitante junto con las resultas en cuestión, previa anotación de éstas en el libro diario correspondiente. Y Así se establece.-
