Reglamento permite fraccionar los dos días continuos libres
El reglamento parcial de la Ley Orgánica del Trabajo, sobre la jornada laboral permite fraccionar los dos días continuos de descanso en las empresas que realicen sus actividades con horarios continuos y por turnos. El decreto 44, publicado en la Gaceta Oficial con fecha 30 de abril de 2013, establece en su artículo 13 que en las entidades del trabajo antes mencionadas podrán fijarse días libres distintos al domingo sin la obligación de que sean continuos.Agrega que cuando en la se mana se fije un solo día de descanso se compensará con un día adicional de disfrute en las vacaciones correspondientes a ese año con pago de salario y sin incidencia en el bono vacacional.
