I.Precisiones previas.
Se ha tomado como título de esta exposición la indicada en la gentil invitación
de la Fundación a participar en este importante evento académico, pero
naturalmente ello no implica que todos los conceptos a los que se hace alusión
en el contenido de este estudio tengan la condición de prestación, en la acepción
jurídica de la palabra. Esto significa, dentro del contexto del presente análisis,
que en el conjunto de beneficios que se van a describir, unos pueden tener la
condición de prestaciones dadas su esencia y finalidad pero otros corresponden
más claramente con otras naturalezas que pueden ir desde lo salarial hasta lo
exclusivamente bonificatorio, dependiendo no solo de su contenido sino también
de su regulación como se explicará en su momento.
También se ha tenido en cuenta que no hay univocidad, ni literal ni jurídica,
en cuanto al contenido y significado de las diferentes expresiones que pueden
confluir en los reconocimientos que se originen en la mayor duración de la
prestación de servicios personales subordinados, particularmente cuando en
