PRÓLOGO
La determinación de acciones para lograr la paz es un tema
por demás complejo que requiere de un amplio conoci-
miento de diversas metodologías de interacción social, así
como un conocimiento profundo de la problemática que se
va abordar en la propuesta, en el mismo sentido se requiere
conocer y entender las tendencias mundiales sobre el tema
que permiten movilizar e instrumentalizar técnicas y metodo-
logías precisas alineadas a declaraciones o convenciones
internacionales sobre paz, a planes de desarrollo regionales
y nacionales y a las diversas políticas públicas generadas
para la atención específica de los diversos tópicos que
inciden de forma diversa en el bienestar de las personas,
traduciéndose todo ello en la necesaria participación del
gobierno que atiende a la población al cual van dirigidas
y en consecuencia los receptores deben gozar de ellas, sin
embargo, no todo el peso recae en el estado, requiere de la
participación y de actitudes pro activas de la ciudadanía para
poder materializarlas y hacerlas efectivas.
