Se dispone propiciar la solvencia de las dependencias de los Poderes Públicos Nacionales, Estadales y Municipales, respecto al pago de la facturación por concepto de consumo de energía eléctrica, y se establece que los montos facturados por dicho concepto, sean pagados directamente por el Ministerio del Poder Popular de Planificación y Finanzas a las empresas filiales de la Corporación Eléctrica Nacional, S.A. (CORPOELEC).
