Provea y Espacio Público denuncian interceptación de sus comunicaciones
Representantes de las organizaciones no gubernamentales Provea y Espacio Público denunciaron ante la Fiscalía y la Defensoría del Pueblo la interceptación de sus comunicaciones privadas, lo cual contraría lo establecido en el artículo 48 de la Constitución.Representantes de ambas ONG pidieron al Ministerio Público que investigue al presidente de la Asamblea Nacional, Diosdado Cabello, por divulgar, en su programa de televisión del 13 de mayo pasado, información contenida en correos electrónicos de integrantes de esas organizaciones.Carlos Correa, de Espacio Público, precisó que en los últimos meses han documentado violación de las comunicaciones privadas de más de 40 defensores de derechos humanos y periodistas, con el propósito de intimidar. La lista es muy larga. Incluye al Observatorio Venezolano de Conflictividad, a organizaciones y activistas de Amnistía Internacional, sindicatos, periodistas.
