AUTO ACORDANDO ENTREGA DEL VEHICULO
Visto el escrito de solicitud que riela al folio 34 Y 35 de la presente causa de fecha 27 de Marzo del presente año, suscrito por el ciudadano G.L.O.G. extranjero, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de ciudadanía Nº E- 81.478.064, con domicilio en S.E., Calle El Paraíso, casa Nº 1-24, al que anexa como factura de propiedad Nº A-05161, de fecha 25 de Marzo del presente año, del Establecimiento o Firma Mercantil Comercial Occidente, ratificada ( la autenticidad de ésta), vía telefónica con la ciudadana A.G., Asistente Administrativa, aunado al hecho de que para el momento de ser practicada la Experticia de Seriales, todo sale en perfecto estado tal como se evidencia al folio 25, se ACUERDA hacer la ENTREGA PLENA de la misma al referido solicitante y para ello se ordena oficiar al Estacionamiento Grúas Satélites en ésta ciudad de Mérida, Estado Mérida a los fines de que se le haga formal entrega de dicho vehículo haciendo la observación que dicha entrega , la hace ésta representación en FORMA PLENA.
