Vista la diligencia presentada por el ciudadano R.Z., titular de la cedula de identidad N° 9.978.869, asistido por el abogado en ejercicio, J.E., inscrito en el I.P.S.A bajo el Nro. 203.077, manifestando que Desiste del procedimiento intentado contra la entidad de trabajo Mixta Socialista Pesquera Industrial del Alba, S.A, este Tribunal Segundo de Sustanciación. Mediación y Ejecución del Trabajo de conformidad con lo establecido en el articulo 263 al 266 del Código de Procedimiento Civil en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley Homologa el presente desistimiento y declara terminado el presente procedimiento intentado solo por el ciudadano R.Z.. Publíquese, Regístrese y déjese copia certificada de la presente decisión.
Se le advierte a la parte demandante que, de acuerdo a las disposiciones contenidas en la norma del articulo 130 eiusdem, podrá ejercer el derecho a apelar contra la presente decisión, por ante el Tribunal Superior del Trabajo de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Sucre, dentro de los cinco (05) días hábiles siguientes, contados a partir de la fecha de la presente decisión.
