Resumen:esta Corte de Apelaciones del Circuito Judicial Penal del Estado Falcón, administrando Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara PRIMERO: ADMISIBLE el recurso de apelación interpuesto contra el auto dictado por el Juzgado Primero de Primera Instancia de Juicio de este Circuito Judicial Penal, por la Abogada F.F., en su condición de Defensora Privada del ciudadano: RENNY R.M.P., mediante el cual declaró sin lugar el decaimiento de la medida de arresto domiciliario solicitado por la Defensa, en el proceso que se le sigue al mencionado ciudadano por la presunta comisión de los delitos de TRAFICO Y COMERCIO ILICITO DE RECURSOS O MATERIALES ESTRATÉGICOS, ASOCIACIÓN PARA DELINQUIR, PECULADO DOLOSO PROPIO EN GRADO DE COOPERADORES INMEDIATOS y LEGITIMACION DE CAPITALES en perjuicio del CENTRO DE REFINACIÓN DE PARAGUANÁ DE LA EMPRESA PÚBLICA ESTADAL PETRÓLEOS DE VENEZUELA SOCIEDAD ANONIMA (PDVSA) Y ESTADO VENE.....
