Partes:R.D.U. interpone recurso contencioso electoral conjuntamente con medida cautelar, contra el acto de fecha 20 de abril de 2015, emitido por la Comisión Electoral de la Asociación Sindical de Empleados Administrativos de la Universidad Nacional Experimental del Táchira ( AEAUNET) que declaró sin lugar la impugnación que en fecha 09 de abril de 2015, contra la admisión de las postulaciones de los ciudadanos P.E.P.R., J.H.D.V., J.A.N.C., W.F.M., R.I.C.Q., P.O.V.M., L.J.S.D.Á., J.A.P.D.P., F.C.C.R., M.G.P.P., I.S.H.D.S., J.A.R.G. y M.E.D., todos integrantes de la Plancha N° 1 presentada y presidida por el ciudadano J.R.M.Á..
Decisión:Por recibido en esta misma fecha, Oficio N° 3180-301 de fecha 02 de agosto de 2016, emanado del Juzgado Segundo de Municipio Ordinario y Ejecutor de Medidas de los Municipios San Cristóbal y Torbes de la Circunscripción Judicial del estado Táchira, anexo al cual remitió las resultas de la comisión librada en fecha 05 de abril de 2015, se acuerda agregar al expediente judicial el referido oficio, así como su anexo.
