SENTENCIA: INTERLOCUTORIA.
Por presentado el anterior Recurso de A.C., interpuesto por el ciudadano R.J.S., quien es venezolano, mayor de edad, soltero, comerciante, titulares de la Cédula de Identidad Nro. 5.914.768 y domiciliado en la Población de Río Salado de la Parroquia Bideau de Guiria Municipio Valdez del Estado Sucre, asistido por el Abogado en ejercicio T.E.B.S., inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nº 35.813, y por cuanto de la revisión de los recaudos presentados, así como del libelo contentivo del Recurso, no se evidencia el cumplimiento de los requisitos contenidos en el artículo 18 de la Ley Orgánica de Amparo sobre Derechos y Garantías Constitucionales, es por lo que este Tribunal de Primera Instancia en lo Civil, Mercantil, Agrario, Tránsito y Bancario, del Segundo Circuito de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Sucre, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, actuando en sede Constitucional, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 19 eiusdem, así como en Sentencia dictada por el Tribunal Supremo de Justicia en Sala Constitucional Sentencia Nº 07, Expediente No. 00-0010, ordena notificar a la parte recurrente a los fines de que en el lapso preclusivo de cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a su notificación, corrija los defectos u omisiones, ampliando los hechos invocados, la persona o Institución denunciada como querellada y las pruebas en que se fundamenta y que constituyen o han producido la violación del Derecho Constitucional invocado como conculcado. Así se decide.- Cúmplase lo ordenado.
