EN SU NOMBRE:
GADO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS JUNIN Y R.U. DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO TACHIRA. Rubio, tres de Octubre del dos mil cinco.
195º y 146º
Analizadas las testimoniales de los ciudadanos A.R.P.D.D., P.B.D. PARRA Y L.E.D.P., así como los recaudos aportados a la solicitud, este Juzgador encuentra suficientes elementos de convicción para declarar LA A.P.d.c.P.D.C.D.A., y en consecuencia este Juzgado de los Municipios Junín y R.U. de esta Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Táchira, en nombre de la Republica Bolivariana de Venezuela y por AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY DECLARA LA A.P.D.C.P.D.C.D.A., se nombra como su representante a su cónyuge la ciudadana A.R.P.D.D., venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de Identidad Nº V-2.890.570, quien tendrá facultades para representar al ausente presunto P.D.C.D.A. en juicio o fuera de él, en la formación de inventarios, en administrar las cuentas, representarlo en todos los tramites administrativos y financieros ante entidades Bancarias, el Seguro Social, Registros y Notarias que conlleven actos tendientes a la conservación del patrimonio, trámites administrativos ante el Instituto Nacional de Tierras; la vivienda como asiento permanente del hogar y cualquier otro acto a fin con la naturaleza del mandado. Así se declara.
Publíquese, regístrese y déjese copia para el archivo del Tribunal.
