RESUMEN
La presente investigación tuvo como propósito analizar las salidas a campo y la formación
del docente de educación infantil por medio de experiencias desde Colombia.
Metodológicamente, se llevó a cabo un estudio con enfoque cualitativo de tipo
fenomenológico, destacándose la interacción con cinco informantes clave, es decir, un
maestro con experiencia laboral, dos en formación, un psicólogo y un directivo, quienes
aportaron información sobre las salidas a campo y la formación docente. Las técnicas
usadas fueron la entrevista y las notas de campo. Como instrumentos, se emplearon
tanto el cuestionario semiestructurado como los cuadernos de notas. Como resultados,
se evidencia que las salidas a campo han constituido una estrategia innovadora capaz
de promover una formación integral. Por tanto, se concluyó que, al vincular la teoría con
la práctica, los docentes pueden desempeñar un rol fundamental en la educación inicial.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to analyze field trips and the training of early childhood
education teachers through experiences from Colombia. Methodologically, a study was
carried out with a qualitative phenomenological approach, highlighting the interaction with
five key informants, that is, a teacher with work experience, two in training, a psychologist
and a manager, who provided information on field trips and teacher training. The
techniques used were interviews and field notes. Both the semi-structured questionnaire
and the notebooks were used as instruments. As a result, it was highlighted that field trips
have constituted an innovative strategy capable of promoting comprehensive training.
Therefore, it was concluded that, by linking theory with practice, teachers can play a
fundamental role in early education.
