Con base a los razonamientos de hecho y de derecho anteriormente expuestos, éste Tribunal, Primero de Primera Instancia en lo Civil, Mercantil, Agrario y Tránsito de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Anzoátegui, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, NIEGA la Admisión de la demanda que por por Nulidad de Acta de Asamblea de Propietarios del Condominio Residencia Mirna, hubiere incoado el ciudadano S.A.L., venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº 3.725.383 y de este domicilio, debidamente asistido por la Abogada en ejercicio V.M.M., inscrita en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nº 106.37.- Así se decide.-
