Revisadas las actuaciones que antecede, se observa que este Tribunal especial agrario tenía previsto para esta fecha la realización de la inspección judicial, conforme a auto del 11/10/2016, imposibilitándose el referido acto judicial motivado a la practica de la prueba de Inspección Judicial solicitada por las partes contenciosas del expediente JAP-317-2016; acto judicial que amerita la habilitación y tiempo necesario de este despacho judicial en la evacuación del referido medio probatorio. En consecuencia, se ordena su diferimiento y realización para el día miércoles 19/10/2016, a las nueve y treinta (09.30 a.m.) de la mañana
