Vista el auto de fecha 11 de Marzo de 2005, cursante al folio trece (13) del cuaderno principal de la presente causa, donde el Tribunal de Protección del Niño y del Adolescente declara LA PERENCION DE LA INSTANCIA , por haber trascurido más de un año (01) sin que las partes interesadas hayan realizado actuaciónes algunas procediéndose los efectos contenidos en el Artículo 267 del Código de Procedimientos Civil. En consecuencia este Tribunal acuerda dejar sin efectos las Medidas de Embargo dictada en fecha 15 de Septiembre de 2003.- Librese oficio
