Vista la anterior SEPARACIÓN DE CUERPOS Y BIENES POR MUTUO CONSENTIMIENTO, presentada por los ciudadanos I.J.C.R. y ROBERLYN V.S.S., venezolanos, mayores de edad, de este domicilio y titulares de las Cédulas de Identidad Nros. V-15.471.354 y V-15.597.369, respectivamente, asistidos por la ciudadana M.M.B.D.H., Abogada en ejercicio e inscrita en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 56.614, así como los recaudos acompañados. El Tribunal instó a los cónyuges a la reconciliación y ésta no fue lograda, por lo que de conformidad con los artículos 189 del Código Civil y 762 del Código de Procedimiento Civil y administrando Justicia en nombre de la República y por autoridad de la Ley, DECRETA: la Separación de Cuerpos y Bienes de dichos cónyuges en los propios términos expuestos. Expídanse por Secretaría las copias certificadas solicitadas con inserción en las mismas del presente auto, para cuya certificación se autoriza suficientemente a la funcionaria J.A., quien conjuntamente con la Secretaria Titular de este Juzgado firmará en todas y cada una de sus páginas, todo ello conforme lo previsto en los artículos 111 y 112 del Código de Procedimiento Civil. Déjese constancia.
