En el año 2008 tuvimos la oportunidad de exponer una reseña de los principales cam-
bios que se produjeron en la Ley Orgánica de la Administración Pública, con ocasión de su
reforma mediante el Decreto-Ley de 20081. Corresponde ahora comentar las modificaciones
