JUZGADO TERCERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO CARABOBO.-

Vista la demanda presentada por el abogado J.J.G., venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nro. 1.885.353, inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nro. 15.212, de este domicilio, actuando en nombre y representación de la empresa TELECENTRO C.A., inscrita en el Registro Mercantil de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Carabobo, bajo el Nro. 01, tomo 70-A, de fecha 07 de noviembre de 1.978, por PRESCRIOCION ADQUISITIVA contra la Distribuidora ARSO S.R.L., domiciliada en Valencia e inscrita por ante el registro de Comercio que lleva el Juzgado Primero de Primera Instancia en lo Civil y Mercantil de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Carabobo, bajo el Nro. 33, libro Nro. 116, de fecha 26 de agosto de 1.974; para pronunciarse con respecto a la admisión de la misma el Tribunal observa:
La presente demanda por PRESCRIPCION DE HIPOTECA, fue presentada para su distribución en fecha 30 de octubre de 2006; este Tribunal en fecha 06 de noviembre de 2006 le da entrada a la demanda, pero a los efectos de la admisión de la misma la parte interesada hasta la presente fecha no ha consignado los instrumentos originales correspondientes.
En virtud de las consideraciones antes expuestas este Juzgado Tercero de Primera Instancia en lo Civil, Mercantil y Bancario de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Carabobo, NIEGA LA ADMISIÓN DE LA DEMANDA presentada por el abogado J.J.G..
