REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA
JUZGADO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CAMPO ELÍAS Y ARICAGUA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA.- Ejido, cinco (05) de abril del año dos mil diez (2.010).-
199º y 151º
Visto el computo anterior y vencido como esta el lapso de diez (10) días hábiles siguientes a su intimación para que la demandada ciudadana B.C.G., venezolana, casada, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad N° V- 10.230.192, docente, domiciliada en la Urbanización C.S., Casa Nº 620, calle 11, Parroquia Matriz, Municipio Campo E.d.E.M. y civilmente hábil, formulare su oposición y no lo hiciere, a la demanda, incoada en contra de la mencionada ciudadana por el Abogado en Ejercicio J.A.A.C., venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad N° V- 8.049.675, inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 48.051, con domicilio procesal en la Avenida F.P., esquina Calle Rangel, Nº 104, Ejido, Estado Mérida y jurídicamente hábil, actuando con el carácter de Portador y Tenedor Legitimo por endoso puro y simple (endoso en blanco) de una (01) letra de cambio. En consecuencia, este TRIBUNAL DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CAMPO ELÍAS Y ARICAGUA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la Republica Bolivariana de Venezuela y por la Autoridad que le confiere la Ley, DECLARA FIRME EL DECRETO INTIMATORIO, dándole el carácter de Sentencia Pasada en Autoridad de Cosa Juzgada de conformidad con lo establecido en el Artículo 651 del Código De Procedimiento Civil.- DEMANDANTE: Abogado en Ejercicio J.A.A.C., actuando con el carácter de Portador y Tenedor Legitimo por endoso puro y simple (endoso en blanco) de una (01) letra de cambio. DEMANDADA: B.C.G..- MOTIVO: COBRO DE BOLÍVARES VÍA INTIMATORIA.- EXPEDIENTE N° 2.691.- CÚMPLASE.----------------------------------------------- LA JUEZA TEMPORAL,
