Visto el escrito de Promoción de Pruebas presentado por la ciudadana L.L.F., inscrita en el Instituto de Previsión Social del Abogado bajo el número 92.666, actuando en su carácter de apoderada judicial de la sociedad mercantil TIENDA CASABLANCA LAS MERCEDES, C.A. El Tribunal deja constancia que al no haber promovido pruebas algunas, apreciará lo que se desprenda de los autos en la sentencia definitiva. En consecuencia, se fija el décimo quinto (15°) día de Despacho siguiente a la consignación de la notificación para que tenga lugar la presentación de informes.
Notifíquese al Procurador General de la República, y una vez conste en autos la resulta de la misma y transcurrido el lapso establecido en el articulo 86 de la Ley Orgánica de la Procuraduría General de la República, y transcurrido el lapso legal correspondiente, comenzará a correr el lapso en el artículo 271 del Código Orgánico Tributario.
Se imprimen dos ejemplares a un mismo tenor, el primero a los fines de la publicación del presente fallo, el segundo para que repose en original en el copiador respectivo.
Dada, firmada y sellada en la Sala de Despacho del Tribunal Superior Noveno de lo Contencioso Tributario en Caracas, a los veinticuatro (24) días del mes de marzo del año dos mil quince (2015). Años 204º de la Independencia y 155º de la Federación.
