REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA.
JUZGADO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, DEL TRANSITO Y AGRARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO VARGAS.

Vista la anterior solicitud de TÍTULO SUPLETORIO, presentada por los ciudadanos: ZOLIBEL C.C.V. y J.R.R.M., mayores de edad, de este domicilio y titulares de las Cédulas de Identidad Nros., 15.025.835 y 13.572.895, respectivamente, debidamente asistidos por la Dra. D.A., abogado en ejercicio de éste domicilio e inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 54.419, este Tribunal la admite. En consecuencia, se ordena expedir por secretaría copia certificada de la solicitud una vez conste en autos los fotostatos respectivos y remítase mediante oficio a la Unidad de Catastro e Inmueble del Municipio Vargas, a fin de que se sirva informar a éste Tribunal con la mayor brevedad posible, si el terreno donde se encuentran ubicadas las bienhechurías sobre las cuales se pretende constituir Título Supletorio, pertenece en propiedad al Municipio Vargas.
