JUZGADO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MIRANDA. Los Teques, once (11) de marzo de dos mil cuatro (2004).
192° y 145°
Vista la anterior diligencia suscrita por la ciudadana R.I.F.H. con el carácter que la acredita debidamente asistida por la abogada R.Y.M.H., ambas suficientemente identificadas en autos, mediante la cual le da cabal cumplimiento a lo ordenado por este Juzgado mediante auto de fecha tres (03) de los corrientes, es decir, se señaló el último domicilio conyugal. En consecuencia, con vista a la solicitud de Separación de Cuerpos presentada por los ciudadanos J.M.V.A. y R.I.F.H., venezolanos, mayores de edad, de este domicilio y titulares de las cédulas de Identidad Nos V-4.266.097 y V-3.399.437, respectivamente, debidamente asistidos por la abogada R.Y.M.H. inscrita en el inpreabogado bajo el No. 20.080, por cuanto el Tribunal insto a las partes a la reconciliación y esta no fue lograda se DECRETA LA SEPARACIÓN DE CUERPOS Y BIENES, de los cónyuges en los propios términos por ellos expuestos, de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 189 y 190 del Código Civil, en concordancia con el artículo 762 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, se ordena expedir por Secretaría copias certificadas de la sentencia, de la diligencia que las solicita y del presente auto, a los fines de ser remitidas junto con oficios a las autoridades competentes. Dichas copias se expedirán con la colaboración del ciudadano W.R., quien conjuntamente con la Secretaria del Tribunal firmará en toda y cada una de sus páginas, por analogía de los artículos 111 y 112 del Código de Procedimiento Civil. Líbrense copias certificadas.
